To endure countless miles and the rigors of the jobsite, the Tuff Guard® van bumper guard is constructed with stainless steel. The tubing is a 14-gauge stainless and has a 3" diameter for ample strength. It is welded together into a one-piece design to be rigid and resist vibrations, and the side brush guards are bent inward to better contour to the van bumper.

A stainless steel construction promotes the highest level of corrosion resistance while maintaining dependable strength as a front bumper protector. To increase corrosion resistance even further, the Tuff Guard® van bumper guard is finished with a durable shield of textured black powder coat. This powder coat finish covers the entire one-piece grille guard and easily withstands an onslaught of rain, snow and dust. The textured surface is also resistant to chipping from road debris and UV damage from sunlight exposure.

Each LUVERNE Tuff Guard® grille guard is engineered to offer a vehicle-specific fit. The grille guard itself mounts with unique brackets for each application, allowing it to better integrate with the design of the cargo van and maximize front-end strength. It ensures a custom fit without the tedious modifications. This custom van bumper guard is designed to fit select years and styles of the Dodge Sprinter 2500 or 3500, Freightliner Sprinter 2500 or 3500 and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 or 3500 (NOTE: Will interfere with parking sensors; refer to the application information to verify compatibility with the year, make, model and style of your cargo van). This Sprinter grille guard comes with mounting brackets and hardware for a comprehensive install.
