O-Mega™ II 6" side steps are designed for fleet-grade safety and reliability while maintaining an elevated level of style. They can be used on fleet vehicle, work trucks and commercial vans, as readily as they fit in with the offroad ride and custom aftermarket builds. Their unique step pad cutout pattern, sleek 6" x 2-3/4" oval profile and rounded black end caps all combine to offer an aggressive look without sacrificing their superior quality.

For tough jobs and harsh working conditions, O-Mega™ II 6" truck side steps are constructed from T6 aluminum alloy. This hardened aluminum gives the running boards excellent strength for a dependable step every time you climb in or out of your vehicle. Aluminum also keeps your truck or van free of excess weight, and of course, maintains long-lasting corrosion resistance.

To maximize corrosion resistance, O-Mega™ II running boards are shielded in a durable powder coat. This scratch, chip and UV-resistant finish keeps the boards well-protected against rain, snow, dirt, mud, road salt and much more. The powder coat is also available in two color choices -- silver powder coat or textured black powder coat -- giving you the freedom to select the color that best matches your vehicle.

O-Mega™ II side steps are also engineered to give you excellent safety in the field or on the job -- wherever you're entering or exiting your vehicle. For this reason, they are built with all-aluminum step pads with raised circular treads. Aluminum keeps the step pads free from rust and ensures maximum resistance to wear. The protruded circular treads are raised to promote superior traction in wet or dry conditions, locking onto your boots or shoes and enhancing safety.

For additional customization, these aluminum running boards come with the step pads unattached. They mount with self-tapping screws and can be positioned wherever needed to perfectly match the layout of your truck or van. The step pads can be mounted using the included factory specifications, or they can be adjusted to provide a custom-placed step, accommodating your own unique vehicle.

To make installation as hassle-free and secure as possible, each set of O-Mega™ II 6" oval side steps is made vehicle-specific. This means that a unique set of mounting brackets and a unique length of running boards are used for each truck or van application. The brackets use pre-existing mounting points on the vehicle to eliminate drilling and tedious modifications as much as possible.

This particular set of O-Mega™ II side steps is designed to fit on specific years of the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500, 2500 HD or 3500 HD crew cab (see application information to verify fitment with your vehicle). The brackets are constructed from high-strength steel for maximum rigidity, and they are covered in a durable powder coat finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance.

O-Mega™ II 6" oval side steps can also be mounted with an optional backsplash. These running board backsplashes help protect the side steps for water, dirt and road debris, and they are constructed from tough black plastic to be completely rust-free. Optional backsplash kits are available for 88" running boards #570090 or 98" running boards #570098. The backsplashes can also be trimmed to virtually any length for a custom fit.

NOTE: These Chevy / GMC side steps include mounting brackets, but the boards and the brackets ship separately.
